Half Marathon Medellin 2009

Around 15,000 athletes competed in different categories where Kenyan athletes Julius Kypiego won Again (2008,2009) the men's Half Marathon of Medellin and Kenyan Ogla Kimayo won Again (2008,2009) the first place on women's Half Marathon of Medellin.
The best Colombian competitor was Diego Colorado who arrived in third place.

CHINA NOT A GUNS N' ROSES FAN - "Chinese Democracy'"
The new album from Guns N' Roses, "Chinese Democracy", has arrived. The album, which features 14 brand new songs from Axl and company.
In my opinion the best song in Chinese Democracy is "This I Love" : Ballad ... beautiful song, beautiful words, beautiful voice, guns n roses are still the best.
